Our décor package is an incredibly convenient service that includes all the décor needed for a stunning wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception or for your special event. Best of all it includes full setup by our team!
We have collected a huge inventory of some of the most beautiful and popular décor items and are so excited to share it with you. Why spend time shopping, collecting, and storing décor items for your wedding day or event when we already have it onsite and ready at a major savings to you (trust us we did the math!)
The Wedding Decor Package Bundle includes all items we have available for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception decor. It includes centerpieces for your guest tables and your sweetheart/head table. This simplifies the process as you are not charged by the individual item and therefor can choose any design we have without worrying about the total cost. This allows you to pick your favorite designs with out factoring in cost for each individual item. It also includes all setup and breakdown which means no stress for you! Pricing for the full decor package is based on the wedding package you choose. Some items are available to rent on an alacart basis. Please contact us directly for pricing information.
Taking advantage of this incredible package will save you a ton of time and stress and allows your family and friends to be able to relax and be with you and not have to work on your wedding day. Plus, at the end of the night there is nothing for you to clean up, that’s right you, your family and friends get to leave at the end of the event without the responsibility of cleanup of decorations. Our staff handles the setup and cleanup of all items included in this package!
What’s included?
Decor- Vases, signs, table runners and all kinds of miscellaneous decor items. Our inventory is always growing so ask if there is a certain look you are hoping for if you do not see it listed below.
Candles – High quality flameless taper candles, pillar candles, floating candles and tea light candles (live candles not included due safely concerns and damage from dripping wax. Our flameless candles are beautiful designer candles and they stay lit all night without the mess! Live flame candles can not be used with our decor items even if provided by the client)
Artificial Florals- Most of our florals are white and cream and we can add special colors based on your color palette.
Artificial greenery- several styles available as shown in below photos.
Additional Details
Venue Provided Décor Setup
Set up of all provided items in this package will be performed by our staff. In order to streamline the process and to help keep breakage of items to a minimum we do not allow anyone outside of our team to assist with the setup of our provided items.
We will handle lighting of all candles for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception areas before guests enter.
Venue Provided Décor cleanup
Our staff will breakdown the wedding décor provided in this package in each area (ceremony, cocktail area and reception) throughout the evening after each areas use is complete.
Choosing your décor
You can select items from the images on our website. We will keep this page updated with any new items that are added to our inventory. We will schedule 1 to 2 in person planning meetings where we will create a detailed décor plan with you and create a list of all items you would like to use and how you would like them set up. The first meeting is usually scheduled 3-6 months prior to your wedding and the final meeting around 4 weeks prior. We will show you examples of fabrics for table runners in person however all other items will need to be selected through the images on our website. This is due to the large number of items and combinations of those items that we would not be able to recreate for every meeting.
When choosing your centerpieces, you can choose up to 4 of our designs to mix and match for your event. We have a very large variety of designs for you to choose from and designed can be customized to your event.
Personal Décor setup – with décor package
You are welcome to add any personal items you choose. This package is designed to make your day easier but does not restrict the addition of your personal items. Please note our staff is not responsible for setup of personal décor items unless prearranged and agreed upon with us. If there are just a few items we will be happy to include them in our setup, however if it is beyond a few items there is an additional setup fee for personal décor if you would like for us to handle this for you. The client must provide a detailed list of all decorations and where they should be placed (pictures of table setups are a great idea). All price tags or any other stickers must be removed from your décor prior to arriving at the venue and all items should be pre-cleaned, please have all of the items ready to be used when they arrive.
