Built in 1792, Vesuvius is the oldest home in Lincoln County NC.  The house offers a large multi room bridal suite, and a grooms suite and lounge.  The down stairs has beautiful sitting areas and is often used for serving food during events.  We also have a prep kitchen for the catering staff to use during events. There are four restrooms in the home including one that is handicap accessible.

The Bridal Suite

The bridal suite consists of two rooms in the upstairs of the historic house.  One room is a dedicated hair and makeup room with 6 hair and makeup stations.  The bridal suite has its own full private restroom for the bridal party.

The Grooms Suite

The grooms suite consists of two rooms, an upstairs changing room with a private stairwell and a down stairs bar lounge room.

Family Room and Dining Room

The first floor of the home is open to your guests during your event.  The dining room has two large farmhouse style buffet tables for food service and the family room is the perfect place to gather your family and bridal party prior to the ceremony.

Catering Prep Kitchen

The prep kitchen is a spacious area for your caterer to utilize for your event.  The kitchen offers privacy for your caterer behind the scenes work and easy access to the dining room for buffet service.  The kitchen is complete with prep tables, warming ovens, refrigerator, ice maker and commercial sinks.
