All of our packages include the following benefits that are sure to save you on your wedding budget!
* All wedding packages booked after October of 2022 now include a dedicated day of coordinator/wedding director to lead and direct your rehearsal, ceremony and reception. They will also work with you to create and maintain your wedding day timeline. Hiring a day of coordinator can easily cost $500-$1,000 so this is a HUGE savings for all of our couples!
*Dedicated Venue Coordinator to help you create a custom layout for your event and to facilitate setup of all venue related items and to check in with each vendor as they arrive onsite.
*White taffeta table linens for your guest tables, includes setup. (This will easily save you hundreds on rental fees!)
*Use of the entire property including the main historic house and attached reception space, chapel and all outdoor locations. No additional or hidden fees to use any location on the property
*White garden chairs for the ceremony and reception for up to 200 guests. This includes setup and breakdown by our staff.
*Use of our wedding arches (multiple choices available) or wooden cross for your ceremony and or reception backdrop.
*All tables needed for your event including round guest tables, head tables, round sweetheart table, farmhouse sweetheart table, cake table, gift table and food tables. Your buffet will be served on our custom handmade farmhouse style tables inside the home. We will help you determine a custom layout for your event and our staff will provide the setup and breakdown. No additional table or chair rentals needed!!
*Over 20 wine barrels to be used for cocktail tables, decorative displays for your ceremony, or combined with one of our decorative table toppers to be used as gift, display, dessert, or beverage stations. These beautiful barrels rent for over $50 each through a rental company so this adds up to huge savings for you!
*10 hightop cocktail tables. Black linens included
*Choice of several outdoor ceremony sites including the front porch of the estate, the meticulously landscaped lower yard, or for an even more nature inspired choice we have a beautiful field behind the home next to the stream. Intimate weddings also have the option of having their ceremony by our covered bridge and stream.
*Use of our covered open-air Wedding Chapel for your ceremony. While Vesuvius Vineyards already provides several beautiful outdoor ceremony locations, the Chapel allows all of our brides’ piece of mind in knowing they have a beautiful back up location in case of inclement weather, taking away any stress of planning an outdoor wedding. Your rain plan is INCLUDED in the venue rental
*Cocktail hour in the Chapel or a garden style cocktail hour on the lawn under bistro lighting. Both locations have their own dedicated bar.
*Reception in our beautiful event space overlooking the peaceful stream, trees and fields on the property. This space has multiple overhead fans for warm weather events and is enclosed and heated for winter events. Heaters are included for no additional fee.
*Bistro lighting in the reception area that is on dimmers to provide the perfect ambiance throughout the event.
*Bridal suite in the upstairs of the historic home that includes a gorgeous bridal room, a dedicated hair and makeup room and a large private bathroom. We welcome hair and makeup artists to come on site. Enjoy your day by relaxing with your bridal party and being pampered!
*Grooms lounge that includes an upstairs room for getting ready and a downstairs bar area for relaxing prior to the ceremony. The groom’s suite has its own separate staircase to ensure privacy for both bridal parties.*Use of the house and grounds for weekday engagement and bridal portraits prior to the wedding day with your photographer.
*1 hour rehearsal time the week of your event.
*A dedicated bar in the reception area with everything needed for alcoholic beverage service.
*A very spacious prep kitchen for your caterer to utilize that includes warming ovens, a large refrigerator and an icemaker.
*On site staff throughout the day and the entire event.
