Fall is quickly becoming the most popular times of year for weddings. The color palettes are dark and rich, there is a nice chill to the air and the holidays are just around the corner. Here are a few tips for booking vendors for your dream fall wedding.
Book your vendors early! With the increasing popularity of fall for weddings many dates are booked for vendors at least a year in advance. If your heart is set on a particular vendor start reaching out to them well in advance to insure their availability.
Be flexible with your date. If you are set on one particular Saturday in October you may miss out on the opportunity to work with your dream wedding team. Approach fall weddings with several dates in mind that you are willing to book.
Be open to a Friday, Sunday or even a weekday. There are a very limited number of Saturdays in October and they fill up fast for most vendors. If you open yourself up to an alternative day of the week you will have much more flexibility in the dates you can choose from. This is also a great way to save money because many vendors offer discounts for Fridays and Sundays and even bigger discounts for nontraditional days like Thursdays.
